When you place your order online, the amount for shipping refers to shipping within Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Conveniently, you can shop online at www.wedderspoon.ca, safely and securely, 24 hours per day/7 days per week. You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please refer to our Shipping section below for delivery standards and rates.

Ordering Instructions :
Log in to your existing account, or register as a new customer, from the ‘Customer Login’ section on the Wedderspoon home page.
To add an item to your shopping cart, click on the box next to ‘Quantity’ under the item you wish to add, select the quantity from the drop down menu, and then click the ‘add to cart’ button. You will now be able to see all of the items in your shopping cart and can either ‘continue shopping’, or proceed to ‘checkout’. You can view your cart at anytime by clicking on the ‘view cart’ button on the right side of the web site.
Once you have filled your shopping cart and are ready to proceed to checkout, click on one of the ‘checkout’ buttons located at both the top and the bottom of the page.

Payment Methods :
Please note that all prices, including shipping, are listed in Canadian funds. Payments via Credit Card will be processed in Canadian funds and then converted to your Country's currency by your Bank or Credit Card company.
PayPal Accepted - Secure Online Payments
Wedderspoon Organic is a verified member of PayPal allowing you to pay Safely and Securely through PayPal with your Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover card.
It's easy to use, safe and secure, and you don't even have to sign up for a PayPal account to use it.
Cheques and Money Orders
If you prefer not to make payments over the internet, you can still place your order online and check the appropriate box under payment methods when you reach the ‘Shipping and Payment’ page. You will receive an email confirming your order and we will get in touch with you to arrange the preferred payment method. You are welcome to contact us via telephone, email, or fax with your order as well. To make things even easier, feel free to print our Mail/Fax Order Form available on our website and forward your order to us.
For your convenience, we accept payment via Canadian Money Order, or Cheques in Canadian funds drawn on a Canadian Bank Account.
****Please be advised that it may take up to 7 business days for BC Cheques, and up to 25 business days for Canadian Money Orders to be cleared and processed by the bank. Product will not be shipped until the clearing and processing has been completed. ****

Delivery Standard Time Frames
Within Canada, orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Within the United States, orders are shipped via U.S.A. Expedited Parcel.
For orders outside of Canada and the United States, orders are shipped via Canada Post's International Surface Parcel.

Some rural areas may require longer delivery timeframes. For specific delivery standards, which are determined by postal code, please visit Canada Post to make use of their online delivery standards tool.

Returns and Exchanges :
At Wedderspoon Organic we are completely confident that you will love our Organic Manuka Honey Products. If however you decide that something you've ordered is not quite the right fit, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges: We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Wedderspoon Organic purchases. Please return your unused and re-sellable items to us, in their original packaging, within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment and we will exchange your item(s) for another item(s) of your choice less all shipping costs.
Returns: We are committed to providing you with the best quality service and products! If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused and re-sellable items to us, in their original packaging, within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee, within 15 days.
Refunds: Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made
i.e. Visa payments will be refunded directly to your Visa.
Please be aware that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or damaged items. Qualifying exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Thank you for your understanding.
